Registration for this workshop is now open. Your registration fee includes online access to handouts, a continental breakfast and breaks each day, and lunch on Thursday. Please see the registration tab for more information.
Hotel
The meeting will be held at the Menger Hotel, 204 Alamo Plaza, San Antonio. Block room rates begin at $126 per night, and are available through November 12, 2024. To book your room in the hotel block, click here.

Valet parking for attendees booking within the hotel block is $15 per night, plus 8.25% sales tax. The current rate for those not in the block is $45, plus tax. No self-parking is available at the hotel, but there are several public parking garages in the Riverwalk area – a web search for ‘parking near Menger Hotel’ will provide you with several options for finding nearby parking options.
